How is my seafood packaged to ensure freshness during transit?

We use eco-friendly, insulated liners and food-safe frozen gel packs to maintain a refrigerated environment. Each order is hand-packed at the height of freshness to ensure it arrives in peak condition.

Where do you ship and what are the delivery days?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Deliveries are typically scheduled Tuesday through Friday to ensure the shortest possible time in transit. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Does my fish arrive fresh or frozen?

The majority of our seafood is delivered fresh, never frozen. However, some specialty items or products harvested in remote regions may be flash-frozen at sea to lock in quality; these are clearly labeled on the product page.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution or credit.

How should I store my seafood once it arrives?

We recommend transferring your seafood to the coldest part of your refrigerator immediately. Fresh fish is best consumed within 1-2 days of arrival, or it can be frozen in airtight packaging for later use.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, as soon as your order is processed and leaves our facility, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your seafood's journey in real-time.
